We widened it. $POPCAT on Raydium FRhB8L7Y…LLMo, holding $2,815,124: thirty-four buys, one sell, in the hour. Across the whole day on that same pool: 346 buys, 458 sells. The hour was nearly pure appetite. The day the hour belonged to was not.
$JUP on Meteora C8Gr6AUu…NNwg, holding $1,116,988: fifty-one buys and four sells that hour. On its thinner Orca venue C1MgLojN…W8Wz, $349,124: one hundred and thirty-seven buys and one hundred and fifty-four sells.
The pattern is not universal and we will not dress it as one. Forty-two transactions is a small number to build a law on, and on some shallow pools the specimens bought. But where we found no selling at all, we found the pool large; where we found the selling, we found the pool small.
